Pinot Blanc - Mystic River (132506) - The variety
that gets little respect. Grown throughout the Okanagan, this variety produces
wines of various style. Apple, pear, and orchard fruit dominate this variety.
These flavours can easily be lost during production if a malolactic
fermentation is induced. Our Style - Wild Goose loves producing Pinot
Blanc. We do a clean cool ferment resulting in outstanding flavour extraction.
Melon and apple flavours combined with crisp acid and a perfume finish make
this a popular wine with consumers. This wine always wins numerous awards for
Wild Goose.
